Project Summary: This 'state of the art' Athletic Club includes: Weight Lifting, Aerobics, Cardiovascular, Basketball Court and a "showcase" 30 feet high vertical Climbing Wall. Additional support facilities include: Training Center, Locker Rooms, Tanning Rooms, Dry Saunas, Day Care & Sporting Goods Retail Area.

Eco-Tourist Resort
Central America

Project Scope: Schematic design for prototype satellite resorts located in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. These satellite resorts are to be remotely located from a main central resort.

Project Summary: This facility will be one of a network of nature tourist " stations " located remotely in established protected areas of Central America. The intent of this infrastructure is to provide long-term protection to these natural and cultural resources by implementing a controlled, environmentally sensitive interface to this tropical wonderland.
