Championship Motors is designed as an upscale retail outlet for high quality, luxury vehicles such as Mercedes Benz, BMW, Jaguar, Lexus and others.
The business site is a 1.07-acre GC zoned commercial lot crossed at its base by Bear Creek. The resulting 150 required setback leaves 19,483 square foot of commercially viable property. Championship Motors is designed to fit seamlessly and beautifully into the existing neighborhood and is a peak utilization of this environmentally restricted land.
